SinCos encoder Measuring system to detect angle changes (rotational movement), provides
sine and cosine tracks, absolute value is possible.
Speed regulator Regulates the difference between the speed setpoint and the actual value
to 0, output: Current setpoint.
SSI interface Abbreviation for Synchronous Serial Interface, interface for absolute encod-
er, used in the drive technology sector to transmit positional data.
Thermal switch Temperature-sensitive switch built into the motor winding.
Zero pulse Signal which the incremental encoder transmits once per revolution, used
to zero the machine.
