Printer Calibration - Error Messages Description and Corrective Action

This message indicates an error
occurred, in the Reject Bin Full Sensor
(R-FULL), during the sensor calibration
procedure.
This error can occur when:
•
A calibration stack of 50 coupons
was not placed in the Reject Bin
prior to running the sensor calibration
test.
•
Media dust or debris obstructs the
Reject Bin Full Sensor.
•
The Reject Bin Full Sensor cable
fails or is not connected properly.
•
The Reject Bin Full Sensor fails.
•
A component fails on the Main
Controller PCB.
To correct this error:
1. Perform the cleaning procedures and
vacuum out all media dust and debris
(especially remove all dust inside the
REJECT BIN and OUTPUT BIN
sensors).
2. Place a calibration stack of 50 flat
coupons in the REJECT BIN and
rerun the test.
3. If this error continues, power the unit
off and check internal cable
connections.
