[2 Sewing technique and guide setting:
When the needle comes to the left hand side,
position the fabric so that the folded edge comes to
the left side of the guide. Lower the presser foot.
Adjust the position of needie swing with the stitch
width key so that the needle Just pierces the folded
edge of the fabric when the needle comes to the left
side. Sew guiding the folded edge along the guide.

Note:
For a professionai looking hem, try not let the needle
pierce more than 1/8" (0.2 cm) into the fold.
If the folded edge is pierced too far ro left side, you can
not expect a good seam on the right side of the fabric.
