»Setting up the spool
The small spool holder® is used with narrow or small
spools of thread.
Q] When using a regular spool.
H] When using a small spool.
H] If the thread jams around the spool pin use the
spool stand ®.

« Winding the bobbin
Q] Push the bobbin to the right.
[U With the free end of the thread held in your hand,
depress the foot control. Stop the machine when it
has made a lew turns, and cut the thread dose to
the hole in the bobbin,
d] Depress the foot control again. When the bobbin is
fuily wound, it will stop automatically. Return the
bobbin winder to its original position by moving the
spindle to the left, and cut the thread as shown.
* The machine wiii not sew until the spindle is in the
left position.
