61. Use the on–screen number pad to enter the exact measurements. Tap on
the number pad when finished.
62. Tap and the Terrain Compensation screen appears.
If this is not the first time a terrain compensation has been performed then there
are three options to choose from:
• New Compensation: clears all previous compensation data; use when the
hardware has been reinstalled or moved.
• Update Compensation: improves compensation performance; use only when
hardware has not been re-installed or moved.
• Skip Compensation: skips the step and does not change the stored compen-
sation data.
63. To perform a terrain compensation drive to a flat, level area and stop. Tap the
grey square button beside the instruction when the vehicle is stationary.
