Parameter Description
DEBug The debugging options to enable on the specified call or tunnel, or on
all currently active calls and tunnels.
Default: no default
DECode Decode debugging is enabled ( Figure 23 on
page 85 , Table 21 on page 86 ). This decodes control
and payload messages into a human-readable
format. For control packets, all of the message is
decoded. For payload packets, only the header is
decoded. The first 64 bytes of the encapsulated
frame is also displayed, but remains in hexadecimal
format.
TIMEOut The length of time, in seconds, for which debug information is
produced. After this time, all debugging modes are automatically
disabled.
Default: no time limit set (debugging continues until turned off using
the disable l2tp debug command)
