6.14 Selection of the operating mode
The "Motion" application software (A−SW) supports the operating modes
ƒ "Interpolated Position Mode" (for travel with cyclic setpoint selection of a path
control with travel profile generation)
ƒ "Homing Mode"
ƒ "Manual Jog" e.g. via GDC
ƒ "Velocity Mode"
Use C5000 to select the operating mode manually. The display code C5001 serves to
confirm the currently set operating mode.
The GDC includes the codes for selecting the operating mode in the parameter menu under
Motion.
