Note: The remote machine must also support polling to use this
feature.
1 Press the Menu button .
2 Press the Polling button on the One-Touch keypad. The display
shows the polling options:
3 Press 2. CONT. (Continuous Polling). The display asks you to
enter the number of the remote fax machine.
4 Enter the telephone number of the remote machine. There are
several methods available to do this:
• Direct entry of the telephone number using the numeric
keypad
• One-Touch keypad dialing of stored telephone numbers (see
One-Touch Dialing on page 3-18)
• Speed Number dialing using the numeric keypad (see Speed
Dialing on page 3-22)
5 Press the Start/Enter button.
