Allowable time of exceeding torque allowing continuous push & hold
When push & hold operation is continuously performed, a code “0C4” alarm is generated when the time set with
this parameter is exceeded, thereby excessive push & hold can be prevented.
This parameter is applied to actuators that allow push & hold setting exceeding 70%.
* As of April 2009, the target actuators are RCS2-RA13R.
Parameter
No. 89
Description
0
Do not judge
1 to 300 sec
Allowable time of continuous push & hold
(Target actuator: Limited to RCS2-RA13R)
Current limit value at stopping due to missed push & hold
Define the restricted current value at stopping due to missed push & hold.
Parameter
No. 91
Description
0
Current limit value during movement
(2.8 to 4 times depending on actuator characteristics)
1
Current limit value at push & hold
Enable function
Whether to enable or disable the deadman switch function on an ANSI-type teaching pendant is defined by
parameter No. 42.
* An ANSI-type teaching pendant will be developed in the future.
Setting
Enable (Use)
0
Disable (Do not use)
1
The factory setting is “1 [Disable].”
Polarity of home check sensor input
The home check sensor is not included in the standard specification, but it can be installed as an option.
Normally this parameter need not be changed, but if the customer wishes to change the mode after the shipment,
change the value of Parameter No. 18.
Definition of settings: 0 (Standard specification without home check sensor)
1 (Use the home check sensor based on contact-a sensor polarity)
2 (Use the home check sensor based on contact-b sensor polarity)
