Cause/Action
C9 Excessive motor supply
voltage
This alarm indicates that the motor supply voltage is excessive (24 V + 20%: 28.8
V or more).
Cause: [1] High voltage of the 24-V input power supply
[2] Faulty internal part of the controller
Action: Check the voltage of the input power supply.
If the voltage is normal, please contact IAI.
CA Overheating
The temperature around the power transistor in the controller is too high (95qC or
above).
Cause: [1] High ambient temperature
[2] Defective internal part of the controller
Action: [1] Lower the ambient temperature of the controller.
If the action in [1] does not apply, contact IAI.
CC Abnormal control supply
voltage
This alarm indicates that the voltage of the 24-V input power supply is excessive
(24 V + 20%: 28.8 V or more).
Cause: [1] High voltage of the 24-V input power supply
[2] Defective internal part of the controller
Action: Check the voltage of the input power supply.
If the voltage is normal, please contact IAI.
CE Drop in control supply
voltage
This alarm indicates that the voltage of the 24-V input power supply has dropped
(24 V – 20%: 19.2 V or less).
Cause: [1] Low voltage of the 24-V input power supply
[2] Defective internal part of the controller
Action: Check the voltage of the input power supply.
If the voltage is normal, please contact IAI.
