LOG NUMBER 65
DESCRIPTION This log indicates that the unit attempted a PSTN connection to its
peer unit, and that the connection attempt succeeded initially at
56K, failed at 65K, and then failed again at 56K.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN: This problem is most likely related to log number 64 where a clear
64K channel could not be obtained.
It is possible that the attempt to increase speed to 64K caused a
problem with the central office, making it impossible to re-establish
at 56K. This would increase the likelihood of the problem being due
to a high bit error rate on the link.
