Installing the Remote Gateway 9150 unit Standard 3.1
2 Place the screws in a safe place where they cannot be lost.
3 Ensure the Remote Gateway 9150 unit is placed top side up.
4 Remove the cover as follows:
a. Grasp both sides of the Remote Gateway 9150 unit.
b. Slide the cover toward you.
c. Lift the cover off the unit.
d. Put the cover aside.
5 Turn the Remote Gateway 9150 unit so the rear panel faces you.
Note: This allows you to read the labels on the Remote Gateway 9150 unit
circuit board.
6 Perform module installation as required.
Note: For instructions, refer to “To install trunk interface or DSP application
modules:” on page 96.
7 Replace the cover as follows:

Carefully slide the top cover into position over the circuit board so that
the holes along the top edge of the rear panel are aligned.

Replace the four screws on the top.

Replace the two screws on the sides.
!
Turn the Remote Gateway 9150 unit over and replace the eight screws
on the bottom.
