Configuring the Remote Gateway 9150 unit Standard 3.1
SPRE Codes: Registration Enter the SPRE code that allows a multi-user or port-
sharing participant to begin a session, or accept the default
code. The default is #97.
Note: The SPRE code is automatically prefixed with a
pound sign (#). This means users must dial # before the
SPRE code when registering for a port.
Maximum length: 3 digits in addition to the pound sign
SPRE Codes: Offline Enter the SPRE code that is used to put your site into
offline mode, or accept the default code. The default is
#98.
Note: The SPRE code is automatically prefixed with the
pound sign (#). This means users must dial # before the
SPRE code when going into offline mode.
Maximum length: 3 digits in addition to the pound sign
SPRE Codes: Local
Calling Enter the SPRE code that allows analog or ATA-equipped
station users to change the outgoing call mode to locally
controlled mode. The default is #8.

pound sign (#). This means users must dial # before the
SPRE code when initiating a local call on an analog or
ATA-equipped station.
