Trunk Connection Statistics field descriptions
The following table describes the statistics on the Trunk Connection Statistics
screen:

Statistic

Description

Trunk Number

RLC - Identifies the Network Port number used for the
call.
The third pair of numbers (the third item in the triplet)
corresponds to the port on the RLC.
9150 - Identifies the ISDN BRI module and B-channel
used for the call.
911x - Identifies the only trunk available to the remote
unit with all zeroes.

Status

Identifies the current status of the trunk.
Valid values are Active and Idle.

Call Type

Identifies whether the call is a local call or a remote
signaling call.
Valid values are Local and Signaling.

Remote ID

Identifies the remote unit involved in the call.

Called Number

Identifies the remote DN regardless of who initiated
the call.

Start Time

Identifies the time that the last call on this trunk began.

Close Time

Identifies the time that the last call on this trunk ended.
If the trunk is active, this statistic displays “NA”.

Duration

Identifies the amount of time taken for the call.
