ADC, AND, BTC, BTR, BTS, CMPXCHG, CMPXCH8B, DEC, INC,
NEG, NOT, OR, SBB, SUB, XOR, XADD, XCHG.
Other exceptions can be generated by the instruction when the
LOCK prefix is applied.
