Temporary Parameter Write
For applications where the online parameter is re-
written frequently during operation, use this com-
mand instead of PRMppp = nnnnnnnn.
Functions are the same (Number of write-in times is
limited on EEPROM physical characteristic).
Contents set by this command are returned to the
contents set by PRMppp = nnnnnnnn command at the
beginning by turning ON/OFF the control power sup-
ply or executing RES command.
