License the UIM-SAN-GEIP CVFS Client Software
The CVFS client software you installed on the UIM-SAN-GEIP is licensed by
modifying the license.dat file on the File System Manager (FSM) in the Open SAN
system. The CVFS software license.dat file contains the license for the FSM as well
as the license for each Profile XP Media platform, and UIM-SAN-GEIP in the Open
SAN system. If you are using two FSMs, the redundant FSM needs the same master
license file.
For this procedure, you’ll need the license.txt file generated for your
UIM-SAN-GEIP. To obtain the license, contact Grass Valley Support.
Once you have the license.txt file, perform the following procedure.
