Chapter 6 Service Information
If you created your own system disk image during installation or last software update
as described in
“Creating a system disk image” on page 126
, you can use this image
file to restore the system disk. If you use your own system disk image file, all of UIM
configuration information is restored along with the Windows and UIM software.
CAUTION: This procedure overwrites the system disk. You must
backup any valuable data to prevent loss.
NOTE: At any step in this procedure if a message appears asking for disc/volume,
insert CDs as prompted until you can proceed to the next step.
