Gets or changes the video bit rate in kbit/s.
Short forms such as 64K or 1M can be used.

Specifies the broadcast compression level.
For low delay when streaming, specify 1.
For best results or recording, set to 2.

Specifies a video encoding preset.
For software, set to 0.
For hardware acceleration (recommended), set to 5
