Which scan chain type

The scan chain is a serial shift register chain

that is used to store settings. It acts like a

cache. When you assert the

reconfig

signal,

the PLL is reconfigured with the values in the

cache. The type of scan chain must follow the

type of PLL to be reconfigured. The scan

chain type has a default value of Top/

Bottom.
