4. From the dialog box that opens select Trend Analysis and the appropriate combination of
pretreatments. Click on OK.
5. Configure pretreatment properties (if used) and click on OK.
6. The screen that opens is made of 4 panels. The left panel shows the project tree and hints.
The top right panel shows calibration set spectra with pretreatment(s) applied. The bottom
right panel shows ranges and allows creating formulas. The remaining panel shows results of
the trending equation.
7. To select the first range click on the Range1 check box. Click on Set Range – Start and enter
the minimum and maximum wavelengths of the range. Click on Set Range – Done when
finished.
8. Repeat the previous step for the rest of the ranges.
9. When all ranges are selected, click on Set Formula. The following dialog is displayed:
