Otherwise, select “No” by pressing the scroll button
(W or X).
6 To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.
To restore the data:
1 Insert the USB flash drive. For details, see page 10.2.
2 Press Menu until “Machine Setup” appears on the top line
of the display.
3 Press the scroll button (W or X) until you see “Import
Setting” on the bottom line and press Enter.
4 Select the data type you want to restore, either
“Phonebook” or “All Settings” and press Enter.
5 Select the file you want to restore and press Enter.
The first available menu item, “Yes,” appears on the bottom
line.
6 Press Enter to restore the backup file to the machine.
7 To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.
