Solution Problem
If link performance is below standard, HP 3PAR Remote
Copy does not admit the link. For more information, see: Before admitting a link to a target definition, HP 3PAR
Remote Copy checks its throughput and latency, which
may be inadequate.

Setting Up the Backup System for M-to-N Remote Copy
When you set up the links on the backup storage system, you create the links in the opposite
direction.
1. Issue the following command to start HP 3PAR Remote Copy on the backup storage system
(System2):
# startrcopy
2. Issue the following command to define a target on the backup system (System2).
For RCIP:
# creatercopytarget IP :
