HP 3PAR Quorum Witness Components

The HP 3PAR Quorum Witness builds on existing technologies:

Apache CouchDB, which handles HTTP requests

Because the quorum witness is a passive component of the configuration, it does not contact HP
3PAR StoreServ arrays, which minimizes configuration.
