M: Insulation resistance tester
Short the output terminals on all channels, and measure the insulation resistance
between the functional earth terminals on the jig of the MX100, MW100, or
equivalent.
The N.C. terminals are not connected.
2.
Confirm that the criteria below are met.
Between output terminals:
DC500 V, 20 MΩ or more
Output terminal to earth terminal:
DC500 V, 20 MΩ or more
2.11.2 Withstanding Voltage Test
For this test, the Ten-Channel, Medium-Speed Digital Output Module is installed with the
MX100, MW100, or equivalent device.
When installing the DO module onto the main unit, always fasten with screws.
Procedure
1.
Perform the withstanding voltage test between each terminal in the same manner
as test item 1 of in section 2.11.1, “Insulation Resistance Test.”
2.
Confirm that the criteria below are met.
Between output terminals:
AC2300 Vrms for 1 minute, 2 mA or less
Output terminal to earth terminal:
AC2300 Vrms for 1 minute, 2 mA or less
2.11.3 Digital Output Test
For this test, the Ten-Channel, Medium-Speed Digital Output Module is installed with the
MX100, MW100, or equivalent device.
Procedure
1.
Turn ON/OFF output on the DO module using software such as the MX100
Standard Software, and measure the conduction resistance between the NO and
C terminals on the corresponding output channel using a DMM.
2.
Perform step 1 on all channels.
3.
Confirm that the criteria below are met.
