7.1 Disassembling the MX150 Base Plate

Loosen the screws indicated by the arrow in the figure below. The screws cannot
fall out. Loosen the screws completely.
2.
Pull the module out while pulling the yellow latch on the rear panel of the MX150
in the direction of the arrow, then remove the module.

The MX100’s rear panel is facing upward in the figure below, but when you actually perform
this procedure it is easier to remove the module when oriented as shown in the above
figure.
When removing all modules, it is easier to do so if you remove the modules on the ends
last.
CAUTION
Pull each module straight out when removing. Pulling a module at an angle may
damage the connector pins.

Cautions When Assembling the MX150 Base Plate
When attaching modules to a Base Plate on which no modules are currently attached, it
is easier and safer to first attach the outer modules for stability, then attach the remaining
modules. If the Base Plate is attached to a DIN rail, the order in which modules are
attached is irrelevant.
