If /NC is included in the model name of the assembly, use B8720BF.
If /NC is not included in the model name of the assembly, do not use B8720BF.
† Regarding the screw terminal block and cable
Used for confirmation of the ID setting. If the ID matches, you can substitute with a device
whose connector has been altered.
‡ That the module settings and measured values can be read in.
Cautions When Performing This Test
• Connect to the PC only for the digital input test.
• If the /NC option is installed, use B8720BF during the test.
When the test is complete, be sure you remove the B8720BF.
If option /NC is not installed, do not use the B8720BF.
2.8.1 Insulation Resistance Test
For this test, the Ten-Channel, High-Speed Digital Input Module is installed with the
MX100, MW100, or equivalent device.
Procedure
1. The insulation resistance between the terminals indicated below are tested. When
performing the test, you must fasten the module being tested to the MX150 base
plate jig with screws.
Input terminals: short the input terminals on all channels
Earth terminals: the unit or equivalent’s functional earth terminal
2. Confirm that the criterion below is met.
Input terminal to earth terminal: an insulation resistance of 20 MΩ or more at
DC500 V
