2.10.1 Insulation Resistance Test
Install the module on the MX100, MW100, or equivalent before performing this test.
Perform the withstanding voltage test before this test.
Wire the devices as in the figure below, then confirm that the criteria are met.

Input terminal to earth terminal on the MX100, MW100, or
equivalent
20 MΩ or more (at DCV 500 V)
2.10.2 Withstanding Voltage Test
Install the module on the MX100, MW100, or equivalent before performing this test.
Note
▪ In order to ensure continuity from the MX100, MW100, or equivalent’s earth terminal
to the module under test’s heat sink, you must fasten the module with screws after
installing it onto the base plate.
▪ When applying voltages, ensure that the rising and falling times are both at least five
seconds.
Wire the instrument in the same manner as the insulation resistance test, then confirm
that the results satisfy the criteria below.
Terminals Measured Criteria
Input terminal to earth terminal on the MX100, MW100, or
equivalent
2300 Vrms AC for 1 minute
Leakage current of 2 mA or less
