Description
Erases the specified file from NVRAM.
Syntax
erase
Sample Output
The following example erases the test.txt file from NVRAM.
# erase test.txt
File ’/NVRAM/test.txt’ deleted.

Name
Definition
The name of the file in NVRAM. It must have a 1-8 letter
base filename, and a three letter file extension. No
wildcards are permitted.
