Logging
logging history size
Command Mode Global Configuration.
Description Change the number of syslog messages stored in the event log. The no form
of this command resets the number of messages to the default value, which
is 512.
Syntax
Sample Output The following example specifies that 1024 messages can be stored in the
event log.
(configure)# logging history size 1024
Systems P550R, P580, P880, and P882.
To Configure: logging history size {128 | 512 | 1024 | 2048}
To Restore Default: no logging history size

log. The options are 128, 512, 1024, and 2048. The
default setting is 512.
