Command Mode Global Configuration.
Description Sets the preference of the address as a default router address, relative to
other router addresses on the same subnet. The minimum value (80000000
hex) is used to indicate that the address should not be used by neighboring
hosts as a default router address, even though it may be advertised. The
default setting is 0.
The no command restores the default setting.
Syntax
Systems P550R, P580, P880, and P882.
To Configure: ip irdp preference
To Restore Default: no ip irdp preference

Name Definition
