when ready.
• With recommended sample
gas pressure (10–30 psig), the
mass flow controller will
automatically control the flow
at 150 ± 4 sccm. You may
check the flow by connecting a
bubblometer at the analyzer
sample vent line to insure that
there is proper flow.
