High Current Output Mode
1. If O

> 10

If the oxygen (O
2
) concentration level
exceeds 10 PPM, the system will enter
High Current mode. The screen will
show
HI
-
CURRENT as the range mode,
and 10.00
PPM
O
2
OVERRANGE as
the concentration.
2. If O
2
> 30
PPM
If the O
2
concentration level exceeds 30
PPM for longer than two minutes, the
scrubber valves PV6 and PV7 will close
to protect the scrubber, and the Ultra
Trace sensor will be disconnected.
Every 10 minutes thereafter, the Ultra
Trace sensor will be connected for 2
minutes while O
2
measurements are
taken.
• If the O
2
level returns to levels below 30
PPM, the scrubber valves PV6 and PV7
will open, and the Ultra Trace sensor
will continue to monitor O
2
.
• If the O
2
level remains above 30 PPM
for 60 minutes, the system will shut
down automatically. This is to prevent
damage to the Ultra Trace sensor and
scrubber. Check for leaks around gas
connections and try to restart the
analyzer.
