Setup: Zero/Span Gas Source
The Analyzer can be zeroed with zero gas generated by the built-in zero gas
scrubber, or by using an external zero gas. Similarly, the Analyzer can be
spanned by using the internal Faradaic calibrator or an external certified span
gas.
1. The factory default for Zero and Span
gas source is internal. In order to
choose external Zero or Span gas press
SETUP from the Analyze mode.
2. Press GAS to continue.
3. You can now select between configur-
ing zero or span gas source.
4. If you press ZERO , the display gives you
the option of choosing either the inter-
nal scrubber or an external scrubber.
The last line indicates the present
selection. Then,
INT or EXT returns you
to the screen in step 2.
5. If you press SPAN , you can choose
between the internal calibrator and an
external span gas. If you press
INT , the
screen prompts you to fill the calibrator
with electrolyte, and
ACK returns you to
the screen in step 2. If you press EXT ,
the system returns you to the screen in
step 2.
