Probable cause – wrong cable used, wiring error, wet connections, faulty wiring /
installation (float is lost in the tank because the float retainer was not installed
properly), or defective probe or float, or wrong type of float installed.
Probe Sync
PROBE SYNC The system cannot synchronize (use) data sent from the probe.
Probable cause – a missing or improperly positioned float, wrong cable used,
wiring error, wet connections (the INCON approved moisture resistant connectors
were not used), faulty wiring, probe length incorrectly programmed, defective
system component, or wrong type of float used.
No Probe
NO PROBE Failure to communicate properly with a probe.
Probable cause – NUMBER OF TANKS incorrectly programmed in setup, wrong
cable used, wiring error, wet connections (the INCON approved moisture resistant
connectors were not used), faulty wiring, or defective probe.
Temperature Error
TEMPERATURE ERROR happened while calculating temperature.
Probable cause – wrong cable used, wiring error, faulty wiring, temperature
compensation incorrectly programmed, or defective probe.
RTD Table Error
RTD TABLE ERROR was encountered in the RTD (temperature sensor) table.
Probable cause – the number of RTDs programmed for a special probe does not
match the number of table entries.
API Error
API ERROR was encountered in the API temperature compensation routine.
Probable cause – temperature compensation was not programmed correctly.
Alpha Error
ALPHA ERROR was encountered in the API temperature compensation routine for
calculating alpha.
Probable cause – temperature compensation was not programmed correctly.
Level Error
LEVEL ERROR was encountered while calculating product level.
