Service

INCON and its authorized representatives provide full service and factory support
for the Tank Sentinel system. The Customer’s Warranty Statement
(P/N 000-1124) is included with each system. The INCON Warranty Policy
(P/N 000-1197) includes the Warranty statement, return goods policy (RMA –
Return Materials Authorization) and restocking fee policy. The latest version of this

Service Support

Only INCON Certified and authorized service technicians/organizations are
permitted to work on this equipment. Contact INCON for local distributors, or
1-800-984-6266 (+207 283 0156), for authorized service technicians in your area.

Before Calling

Before calling for assistance, please:

1) Have the serial number, and EPROM version number of the console.
2) Check the possible causes of any system error messages. Definitions of system

error messages are provided later in this section.

3) Check the troubleshooting guide found in this chapter.
4) Read the service statement above and read the documents referred to there.
5) Call from a telephone near the Tank Sentinel console that is having problems.
6) Technicians — have a Digital Voltmeter.

Return Shipments

Before returning a package to INCON, you must first obtain a RMA number. Refer
to our Warranty Policy about this procedure.

Call 1-800-984-6266 (+207 283 0156) for a RMA number and the RMA shipping
address. Packages that are sent to INCON without a valid RMA number will be
rejected and sent back as stated in our Warranty Policy.
