the Direct Styles and Keyboard Sets
Direct banks are additional User/Favorite data residing in a storage device,
like the internal drive or a removable USB drive, immediately accessed
when pressing the
USER/DIRECT button in the STYLE or KEYBOARD SET
LIBRARY area. You can choose any standard SET folder as the Direct banks.
Preparing a Direct set of banks
▪ Create a set of User and Favorite banks, then save them into a new SET
folder. These will be the Direct banks.
Selecting the Direct set of banks
A Direct set of banks for the Styles, and one for the Keyboard Set Library,
has to be selected before being used.
1 Connect the external storage device containing the Direct data.
2 Open the Style Select or Keyboard Set Library Select window, depending
on whether you want to create a Direct Style or Keyboard Set bank.
3 While in the Select window, choose the Direct Preferences command from
the page menu .
4 Browse though the drives and folders, and select the SET folder to be used
as the Direct set of banks.
5 Touch the Select button to confirm.
Please note you can only have a single Direct set of banks for the Styles, and
a single one for the Keyboard Set Library.
