When an input device is set to Matrixed (the default for an AllFrame device), the drop‑down menu within
the Inputs to Network view is used to set Slot assignments. Click the channel’s Slot column to reveal the
drop‑down menu and begin the selection process.
The AllFrame Inputs to Network view displaying the Slot selection dialog.
In the Slot number column, a double dash symbol (‑ ‑) indicates that the input channel is not assigned to a
network Slot. The channel cannot be made active until a Slot assignment exists.
To make a matrix assignment, click on the arrow symbol in the Slot column for the channel to reveal the
menu of available Slots (the actual numbers seen here is dependant on the current sample rate). Any
network Slots that are already active in the network are displayed with italic text. Slots that are active
elsewhere in the network can be assigned to an input channel on the current device but cannot be
activated until the Slot is deactivated on the other Pro64 device. Only one matrix assignment to a given
Slot per device is possible. Matrix assignments save with the project and can also be saved in Scenes and/
or Device Presets.
