3. Select the folder in which to save the file in the Save As drop-down list.
4. A file name with a .txt extension is automatically entered in the File
Name field. You may change the file name; however, the file extension
must remain .txt.
5. Click Save to export the file.
A dialog appears notifying you that the file has been exported.
Note: The section details the standard export feature; for more informa-
tion about the custom export feature, which requires a full version of
Microsoft Access 2007, please refer to
“Exporting Data with the Standard
Export Feature” on page 149 .
