this order, or it is difficult to eliminate irrelevant fields, select Custom
Import (requires full Access), include the field headings and Access will
re-arrange the field order.
Note: Field headings are not required for delimited files. IntelliTrack
Stockroom assumes the order of the fields is: ITEM#, QTY, DESC, as
defined in the Import Specifications table above. If the fields are not in
this order, or it is difficult to eliminate irrelevant fields, select Custom
Import, include the field headings and Access will re-arrange the field
order.
Comma Delimited File Example
For CommaOnly, the delimited file looks something like this:
12345-1343,45,tape dispenser,8.00,Office Supplies,5,20,7,12345-1344
Quote Comma Quote Delimited File Example
For QuoteCommaQuote, the delimited file will look something like this:
"23345-6789","77","Paper Clips","0.50","Office Supplies", "2", "10", "3",
"2345-6788"
Semicolon Delimited File Example
For Semicolon Only, the delimited file will look something like this:
