Profile Chassis
The removal and replacement of some PDR200 parts require removal of the chassis
from the equipment rack. Obviously, externally connected parts would not (see
Table 6-1 and table footnote). Additionally, removal and replacement of items 1 - 15
from Table 6-1 do not require removal of the chassis from the equipment rack.
To remove the Profile chassis from the rack:
1. Turn PDR200 power Off and disconnect the power cord.
2. Disconnect all cables from the rear of the chassis. (Making a diagram of the cables
and connections prior to disconnecting them can be a big help for reconnection.)
3. Loosen the retaining screw which secures the chassis in the rack (Figure 6-3).

WARNING: To prevent serious injury, insure that the rack is anchored to the floor
so that it cannot tip over when the PDR 200 is extended out of the rack.
4. Slide the chassis out of the rack until the rack slide stop latches on each side engage
(Figure 6-4).
