RTP Interrupts
The ARB_INT_PLD also synchronizes and combines the multiple interrupts coming
from the GPCI, the LPCI, and the EISA interfaces. These interrupts are then presented
to the RTP as a set of seven interrupts plus a non-maskable interrupt (NMI). The seven
interrupts that are sent to the RTP are grouped by the ARB_INT_PLD by type.
