PAC208/216 Switch
The power switch and cable connect to the power supply and to the line filter on the
power cord connector. The switch is attached to the chassis with retaining clips.
To remove the switch and cable:
1. Perform the fan removal procedure except do remove the fan from the shield
(page 6-52).
2. Disconnect the cables from the power supply and the rear panel line filter
(1 and 2 in Figure 6-34).
3. Compress the retaining clips on the switch and remove the switch and cable through
the front of the chassis (3 in Figure 6-34).

To install the switch and cable:
1. Slide the cable and switch through the front of the chassis so that the 0 on the switch
is on the left (Figure 6-34).
2. Compress the retaining clips and snap the switch into position.
3. Reconnect the cables to the power supply and the rear panel line filter.
4. Perform the fan replacement procedure (page 6-52)
