System does not respond to keyboard.
1. Keyboard cable loose/disconnected/bad.
Reconnect/replace keyboard cable.
2. Dirty or bad keyboard.
Clean or replace keyboard.
3. Bad mouse/keyboard board cable.
Replace cable.
4. Bad mouse/keyboard board.
Replace board.
5. Bad Pentium board.
Replace Pentium board.
6. Bad Concentrator.
Replace Concentrator.
Monitor does not come On.
1. Monitor cables loose/disconnected/bad.
Reconnect/replace cables.
2. Bad VGA board.
Replace VGA board.
3. Bad monitor.
Replace monitor.
Status light on the monitor remains

Provide correct sync to Profile.
RS-422 controllers do not respond.

1. Breakout panel or device bad.
1. Move device to a known good
connector on the panel. If:
a. Device still bad, replace device.
b. Device good, replace panel.
