Executing Individual Board Tests
After execution of the Test All Boards diagnostics, you may want to execute
diagnostic tests on an individual board to confirm that the board is bad. To execute
diagnostic tests on an individual board, select the appropriate button from the board
configuration in the panel on the left. When an individual board has been selected, the
system goes through the same initialization as it does for Test All Boards, except it is
board specific. At the completion of initialization:
• The Board Configuration Panel is dimmed or disabled.
• The top right panel contains buttons for the individual tests available for the
selected board.
• The message Select a test from the button panel above. appears on the Test Results
Panel.
• The message Select item from button panel. appears on the second to
last line on the GDB960 window.
• READY appears on the last line of the GDB960 window.
Individual test buttons vary according to the board selected. Figure 4-9 is an example
of what the screen looks like when the Master EDR (Rev 0) board was selected.
