8.1 Cobra s800 Inverted Cleanroom Option
Introduction
The Adept Cobra s800 Inverted robot is available in a Class 10 Cleanroom model.
This option is a factory-installed configuration (Adept part number 09854-000). Changes to the
robot include the addition of a bellows assembly mounted at the Joint 3 quill, fully-sealed
access covers, and a vacuum system to evacuate the volume within the robot.
