IP multicast traffic reduction

To display only multicast MAC address information for Brocade NetIron CES and Brocade NetIron
CER devices, enter the following command at any level of the CLI.
NOTE
The show ip multicast vpls mac or show ip multicast vpls 10 mac commands are not supported
on Brocade MLX series and Brocade NetIron XMR devices.
Syntax: show ip multicast vpls vpls-id mac
You also can display PIM SM information by entering the following command at any level of the CLI.
Brocade(config)# show ip multicast vlan 2 pim
Number of PIM Groups:5
Total Number of PIM Entries: 5

Displaying IP multicast statistics
To display IP multicast statistics on a device, enter the following commands at any level of the CLI.
Brocade# show ip multicast vlan 1 statistics
IP multicast is enabled - Passive

The IP address of the multicast group.

The ports attached to the group’s receivers. A port is listed here when it

IP address for pruning a source.
