This Extended API defines bits that differentiate between the specially-defined
ranges and the existing ranges. Differentiations can be made using logical
operations.

Reference Ranges
If this constant is specified as the measurement range of the difference computation
channel, the measurement range of the difference computation channel is set to the
same range as the measurement range of the reference channel.
The reference range is used for specification when you want to set the same range
as the reference channels to be referenced in difference computation and other
calculations.
