Battery life has the following four statuses and remaining battery capacity indicators. If battery
power is off, infrared communication cannot be established and device information cannot be
accessed.

Battery 25% to 75% 25% to 75% of the battery remaining
Battery 25% or less Less than 25% of the battery remaining
Line Power supplied by an external power source
If the remaining battery capacity falls below 75%, the Status Display switches to yellow
(Warning).
TIP
By default, function blocks corresponding to a device sensor are O/S (Out of Service) mode for ISA100 devices of
Yokogawa.
When function blocks are O/S mode, even though the device is healthy, an icon may be displayed in gray in
Segment Viewer. For details, refer to the individual device IM.
By selecting a device in Segment Viewer and opening the Device Information dialog, you can
check information about the selected device.
