The following table lists the error messages and warnings indicated by the LEDs FN (Failure Number) and FS
(Failure Select).

Messages when writing the nominal module list
1 No error: Nominal module list transferred correctly to the EEPROM.
2 Nominal module list could not be written to the EEPROM.
Errors in the bus header
1 No supply voltage for bus header.
2 Error in supply voltage for bus header.
Error in access to EEPROM.
4 Short circuit at bus header output.
5 A non-existent bus header output has been triggered.

Error in an inside or RIO module
1 No supply voltage for inside / RIO outputs.
2 Complete failure of an inside or RIO module.
No supply voltage for inside / RIO inputs.
4 Short circuit at inside / RIO output.
5 A non-existent inside / RIO output has been triggered.
